In this workshop we will share practices that stretch, strengthen, release and mobilise your body to boost your wellbeing. Focusing on Dru's foundation Energy Block Release sequence this is a perfect opportunity to have a deeper taste of what makes Dru unique and so effective.
Learn some simple practices that you can apply in your daily life to help keep your body, mind and spirit well tuned.
Experience a mix of physical movement, posture work, relaxation and meditation in this 1/2 day workshop that will leave you deeply relaxed, recharged and feeling empowered. And to support your experience we are gifting you a FREE Dru Health and Harmony CD for home practice.
