Day 1 – Optimise and target your yoga and meditation practice for health
In this workshop you will begin to experience the huge energy potential that exists in your body, ready to be unlocked and utilised to transform literally any area of your life. During this part of the workshop you will experience a progression of movements with breath-work, to prepare you for deeper work and which will leave you with a sense of openness, strength and intuition. The methods you will learn will complement your yoga, whatever your level, or style of practise.
Day 2 – Awakening to consciousness, happiness, and inner light in each moment
In the second and concluding part to this special seminar you will learn how to link the power of meditation to your movement and direct your internal energy like a laser to whatever area of your life you wish to improve. The results will lead you towards improved focus and deeper joy. You will learn specific kriya/transformational methods that build on (but are not dependent upon) the work of the first day. Kriyas are powerful internal processes that increase the potency of your yoga and move you towards a fast-track for Self-development.
During these two days, Chris and the Dru team will masterfully weave a whole range of experiences, from movement, breath and meditation, to music, mantra, kriya and inner light to establish a greater awareness of wellbeing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Chris Barrington is a founding member of Dru and a master teacher of yoga, meditation and the vedic sciences. He is also an internationally renowned speaker and trainer and has taken Dru Yoga and meditation to many parts of the world. He has a deep understanding of the energy bodies and how to activate and balance them.
This course teaches yoga which everyone can do at all levels and stages so it’s really accessible. The teachers are real pros and have amazing experience to back up the knowledge. My personal practice has improved a lot, so has my memory, concentration, calmness and alertness. I also made very strong friendships with like-minded people.
I think this course offers so many amazing life skills that everyone deserves to know.
