An afternoon of Dru Yoga at Thrive in Ascot WA. Working with postures, breath, meditation and relaxation, on a physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual level, to develop stability, inner strength, discrimination, clarity and inner stillness.
Led by Dru senior tutors Mouli MacKenzie and Frani Wilde with Aileen Emery.

This afternoon workshop will strengthen your core, enhance wellbeing, and leave you empowered yet deeply relaxed and recharged.

Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on dynamic, flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. 

For people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups.

With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, calming the mind and rejuvenating your whole being.
