Skillful living in changing times

Join us for a day of practical and empowering workshops, presentations and great company.

There is only one truly constant in life - and that is the law of change.

According to the laws of nature, everything must continue to evolve and transform itself and never remain static.

We are no exception. Each one of us has to discover how to flow with the changes that life presents to us in every moment. In a world that is in a time of accelerated change, this has never been so important.

Life is always offering us opportunities to expand towards our highest potential - if we choose to see it that way. When we can ride the waves of change we discover our fulfillment as human beings, our contentment and true happiness.

Your Choice of Workshops

Please choose one workshop in the morning and one in the afternoon.

From attuning to the elements to understanding how astrology can revolutionalise your yoga practice. From enlightened leadership to experiencing the power of sound for healing, there is something for everyone.  Meditation, yoga, ayurveda, relaxation, new Dru Yoga sequences.  Take your pick ……

"I came to rest and find out about a different way to live. I found both. I was so impressed with the quality of the teaching, the patience and professionalism of the teachers. They were approachable, nonjudgmental and so willing to share. Every session was very rewarding. I am leaving with a renewed sense of vitality and new-found friendships. Thank you." (P.C. retired)

"This was an incredibly inspiring retreat. All of the talks and experiences were fascinating and restoring. The teachers were all very generous with their time and care - a true example of the nurturing qualities of Ayurveda." (J.S. yoga teacher)

"I knew nothing about ayurveda except that it was a concept that had been around for a very long time. As the weekend progressed everything started to make sense and it became clear that symptoms I had been experiencing were clearly linked to my food choices. Looking forward to the new cookery book coming out!" (S.P. personal assistant)

"The retreat has inspired me to move through the natural transitions of my life phases. With regard to menopause, I now feel I have the tools to create a positive experience as that time approaches." (K.E. yoga teacher)
