Hi, I started Dru yoga 10 years ago when my first daughter was born and never looked back. I fell in love with the flow and the approach to the sequences and postures. For me, Dru is all about listening to your body and breath and working with yourself.
Dru brought me a little haven of peace in my busy life. I found - and am still finding now - that at some point in the classes, without me making any effort for this to happen, I would be fully in the moment and anything that had stressed me before had just been forgotten.
Through my classes I aim to create this same feeling for my students, helping them leave their troubles behind for an hour of so.
My favourite part of the classes is when I can see my students visibly relax and come into the moment.
Fun and relaxed classes that are for every body. They start with some fun activations to get you moving and then are followed by an EBR to stretch and tone your body and bring your mind into the present. The classes also include some postures and end with a beautiful relaxation that will leave you both relaxed and revitalised.
My classes are your time for yourself to relax and revitalise.

- Mondays: 7.30-9.00pm at the Rhode Minnis Village Hall, Rhode Minnis, Kent, CT4 6XR.
- Tuesdays: 11.00am-12.00pm at the St Mary's Community Centre, Ashford, Kent, TN24 9LH
- Wednesdays: 6.00-7.00pm & 7.15-8.15pm at the Furley Park Primary Academy, Reed Crescent, TN23 3PA
