Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Caernarfon Gwynedd United Kingdom
Diplomas - I graduated from the Dru Yoga teacher training 3 year course in 2016. I graduated from Dru Meditation teacher training 2.5 year course in October 2018. I successfully passed Dru Kids and Teens Certificate in 2016. Teaching all ages from 3 - 92 years makes my life very varied and rewarding. My passion and enthusiasm for all things Dru comes through in my teaching style and technique.
I teach all over Gwynedd. My classes are small - max 15 students. Classes last 75-90 minutes.
They consist of fun warm-ups/EBR/sequences/posture work/pranayama/deep relaxation and beginners Meditation.
I recently relocated to North Wales from London and am building up my clientele quickly - you can see testimonials on my website.

I also teach in workplaces and private 121 for adults. Schools, nurseries and after school clubs as well as kids 121.
All lessons are to music. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
