I live in a village close to Basingstoke and have been teaching yoga for many years.
I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone who wants to practise as it can offer so many benefits for all of us. I have taught many students from all walks of life and always find it very rewarding to see my students improve their health and general well being from regular attendance at my friendly yoga classes.
My classes are for men and women and are suitable for beginners and intermediate level students.Within the class I guide students to work to their own level of comfort and ability. I run both Regular a Gentle yoga classes around the Basingstoke area. I also hold on line classes live and recorded.
