I love teaching Dru Yoga and Meditation to students in rural communities in the Yorkshire Dales.
I have been teaching for many years - it is such a rewarding job. My yoga and meditation help me to find inner stillness even when life is very hectic - such a precious gift and a privilege to share that with others.

I teach gentle, flowing classes which are suitable for all and which are carefully planned to be adaptable for any health issues. These are friendly, community classes - some are followed up with tea/coffee and a chance for a chat.
