As a Dru Yoga teacher of more than 20 years experience, I am aware of the profound positive changes that come from incorporating Dru Yoga into my life.
I am passionate about sharing a wide variety of amazing yogic self-help tools in order to empower my students on a daily basis. From the moment they step into the class, my aim is to enable people lives to change for the better.

I teach a daytime class on Tuesday mornings 10:00 - 11:30 am, at The Catholic Church Hall, Darlingscott Rd, Shipston on Stour, Warks, CV36 4DR.
Dru Yoga is enjoyable, easy to do and totally suitable for all. I adapt postures and sequences to suit individual needs according to ability &/or health challenges. Students leave the class feeling energised, toned and with a sense of 'inner peace' - ready for the week ahead.
