I have practiced Yoga for many years but discovering Dru Yoga with sequences, postures, affirmations and visualisations has given me the confidence to move forward and change my life.
As a Dru teacher I would like to help others realise their dreams.
A Dru yoga class suitable for all ages and body types. Enjoy a class to increase your physical and mental strength and help alleviate stress, leaving you feeling relaxed and energised. Join me for activation, sequences and postures followed by a beautiful relaxation session.
Classes every Wednesday evening 6.00- 7.00 at Llanellen Parish Hall, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.
