I am the founder of Watamu Treehouse – a retreat centre on the Kenya Coast – where I teaches Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation.  My business background and busy life gives me first-hand experience of the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice. I have lead adventure retreats for decades, and know that one’s connection with the natural world is essential for cultivating strength and stability within oneself. I also runs vision-board seminars, and has observed the direct link between the health and stillness that comes from a regular practice and the ability to manifest one’s dreams.
