Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Inverurie United Kingdom
I have been a Dru yoga teacher for 20 years and I have many of my original students continue to attend my classes. I now teach mainly but not exclusively, people over retirement age. During the COVID crisis, my husband, who has shown little interest in practicing yoga, practices daily as he now realises the many benefits of yoga, even as a beginner aged 73. My oldest beginner was 80 . There is so much to learn. What are you waiting for?
