Dru is so adaptable it is perfect to add into one to one and group therapies. I love to share the simplicity and potency of Dru. As a Stress Management consultant and complementary therapist I use my Yoga and Meditation knowledge to personalise my sessions. I was introduced to Dru when I was concerned about my posture changing with carrying massage couches and equipment and a heavy therapy workload. My posture started to suffer. I hadn't tried yoga before but was into sports. Dru Yoga brought everything back in line and balance, so I am living proof it works! Combining Dru and Emmett techniques keeps golfers and gardeners fit and healthy despite age! Personally, I love my allotment and golf. My Meditation and Yoga keep me happy, motivated, active and focused.

How I can help you ...

I run a Tripudio Movement class which works specifically with the Lymphatic system and combine it with relaxation and gentle Yoga each Tuesday morning. Available on Zoom each week and a live class monthly in Blantyre. Group is made up of those who have had cancer surgery/major surgery/to manage lymphoedema.Its a very friendly and chatty group! friends and network!

Fit4golf classes at Cathcart Castle GC. These classes are popular and improve flexibility, core and strength for the golfer which impact positively on their game.( I love my golf so this class is a pleasure in seeing the positive changes made!)
