This day workshop will leave you deeply relaxed and recharged on all levels.

Dru yoga offers meditative style movements which can be enjoyed by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups. 

With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, it works on body, mind and spirit—improving flexibility, building core strength and stability, generating a heightened sense of positivity, and rejuvenating your whole being.

Graceful and yet potent in form, this style of yoga combines dynamic, flowing movements with directed breathing and visualisations. In addition to enhancing your overall health and wellbeing, Dru yoga offers simple techniques which will enable you to navigate everyday challenges with calm, clarity  and ease.
