Yoga and Sound workshop in Mold

Deepen your understanding and take your personal practice to a new level with this excellent grounding in the essential foundations of Dru Yoga and Dru Sound.
During this workshop, you will experience powerful, flowing Dru Yoga to warm up your muscles, increase your circulation and bring a sense of calm and balance to your body and mind. You'll also have an opportunity to enter into the joy which Dru Sound brings, washing away all stress!
This workshop will be taught by senior Dru Yoga and Dru Sound tutors. It will help you develop your own personal practice and give you an opportunity to experience what it's like on the Dru Yoga or Dru Sound training course.
This workshop is suitable for all abilities!
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a mat, cushion, blanket & bottle of water.
