Hello, I'm Chandra Goswami. My passion is people and how to help them use techniques to prevent stress and burn-out, and master the body-mind balance. I also work as a personal Dru Lifestyle coach using specific Dru principles in stress prevention workshops and have taught these to a wide range of audiences including corporate executives, governmental and diplomatic staff as well as health and education professionals.

How is Dru different

Dru is a graceful and flowing form of yoga with directed breathing and visualisation.  It is soft, yet deeply potent.  It is deeply relaxing yet rejuvenating and it can take you to any level of fitness you’d like.  But what many people appreciate about Dru is that anyone can do it, regardless of age, body shape or ability.

 

What does Dru mean?

Dru comes from the Sanscrit word dhruva, which refers to the stillness that can be experienced in Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation. From this point of stillness we are able to see and act from a point of clarity and inner calm, no matter where we are or what is happening around us.
