In this 10 minute session, Nanna shares the following:

  • an understanding of the physiology of the lungs, the action of the lobes, oxygen and metabolic rate.
  • how to pace the timing of the breath - this correlates with the  sound of the heart.
  • understand the effect of breathing properly has on the autonomic nervous system.
  • use of the diaphragm.

lobes, sternocledomastoid, ribcage, collar bones, diaphragmatic breath, intercostal muscles.
