Nanna takes you through this sequence to help you relax and unwind. 

EBR 1 is called the 'Foundation Energy Block Release Sequence' because it provides an excellent foundation for all Dru Yoga students. Not only will this sequence provide a full body warm-up but will also help balance mind and emotions. This Foundation Sequence is a great way to get energy flowing more freely through the body and bring you to a place of deep inner stillness.

Get onto your mat and join Nanna! This short 10 minutes session includes:

  • Standing - Tadasana (rocking and circling)
  • Side bend
  • Standing stretch
  • Finger flicks
  • Arm rotations
  • Shoulder circles
  • Neck movements (forward, tilt, twist)
  • Standing spinal twist
  • Forward/ back bend
  • Squat
  • Tadasana

It was great to see it EBR1 done in just 10mins by reducing the repetitions to 2, it flowed so smoothly and as Julian said great way to start the day or beginning of my practice..thanks!
