Discover the Power of Your Doshas
In Ayurveda, the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) are the building blocks of nature. These elements combine to form the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, each governing different aspects of our physical and mental well-being.
Vatta
Air and Ether
Pitta
Fire and Water
Kapha
Earth and Water
Vata governs movement and creativity. Imbalance can lead to anxiety and sleep disorders.
Pitta governs metabolism and change. Imbalance can cause irritability and stress.
Kapha governs structure and stability. Imbalance can result in lethargy and depression.
Blending Ancient Wisdom with Modern Science
