Winter Warming Yoga to Balance Your Fire
Bring warmth and nurture into the coming winter days with our online Dru Yoga workshop. Combining dynamic ‘winter warming' yoga with therapeutic movements to energise and soothe body and mind.
This is a crucial time to prepare for the change in temperature and shorter days. It’s also a time to prepare our mind and emotions to focus on our inner light!
We shall be exploring 2 specific sequences in depth that work on the body and mind, with a focus on:
• the lymph and circulatory systems to help let go of toxicity and tension in muscles and joints
• the nervous system with specific reference to the vagus nerve for nourishing and relaxing the body and mind
• a relaxation to expand your sun energy and deeply feed you at a cellular level
• breathwork for energy and vitality.
Join us for this soothing day and deepen your yoga practice with new insights into how to increase or reduce and balance your inner fire.
