Join our visiting international Ayurvedic Chef Keith Squires, author of 'Cooking with Love' for a fun filled day. Keith weaves story telling and cooking together to have you laughing, tasting & learning how to create optimum wellbeing. Keith is passionate about health and cooking and combines his background in nutrition, Ayurveda and cookery with over 30 years experience as a vegetarian chef.
Keith is also joined by Ruth Gent, international Dru Yoga & Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainer. Ruth has been involved in pioneering one of the few accredited Yoga Therapy Courses now available in Australia. This ground breaking modality has been used for centuries and is now becoming part of the standard health care system in the UK. If we cancel a Dru workshop, we give you the option of the event fee being reimbursed, or transferring it to a future event.
