Yoga and Breathwork for Enlightenment
In this workshop we will explore with you Dru yoga sequences and breathwork practices that support, enhance and harness special qualities. You will learn simple techniques to help you dissolve stress, discover the link between breathing ratios and your chakras and create new pathways for a healthier, happier and more empowered way of being in everyday life.
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on dynamic, flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. No previous experience is necessary.
As well as improving your physical well being, Dru yoga helps you to maintain emotional balance, open yourself to new challenges and discover possibilities beyond what you may have imagined for yourself. This workshop will leave you feeling nurtured and revitalised on every level.

Light refreshments provided during morning and afternoon break times.
