Meditation Foundation Course (Snowdonia) starts Nov 2018 or Jan 2019
What is Dru Meditation?
Dru Meditation is about developing techniques and practices that will help you to remain calm and focused whilst navigating the challenges of life. It will help you discover a mindful awareness, or a still point within, by exploring the science of meditation. This is done uniquely in Dru Meditation, by focusing on the different levels, or koshas, through which we experience the world, taking the awareness from the physical through to the deepest layer of our being.
‘Dru Meditation enables you to bring your practice to the next level, leaves you feeling light and gives you a way forward.’
Karan, Dru Yoga teacher, Cheltenham
