Join international Dru tutors Janet Scharbow and Noelene Francis as we use unique Dru techniques to springboard from the foundation of mindfulness into a world of conscious creation using the yogic understanding of the koshas.
Yoga and meditation are sister sciences - in Dru we explore the crossover of how we can engage the five koshas in both! This means effectively accessing the different layers of awareness or levels of our being—physical, pranic/subtle energy, emotional/motivational, discriminative or wisdom layer and the layer of deep inner connectedness.
In this workshop, you'll move beyond mindfulness and be guided to unleash your full potential to live the life you want.
We'll begin with potent Dru Yoga to prepare you to sit with ease. Dru Yoga's unique Energy Block Release sequences reduce physical tension, calm the emotions and clear distracting thoughts from the mind—all of which can make meditation difficult.
Dru yoga and breath techniques will also give you the energy to stay alert while meditating. From that state of deep, alert stillness, you can then begin to consciously recreate your life using the koshas. So, you will go beyond mindful awareness to mindful creation.
