Dru Yoga Therapy Workshop for Post Graduates - with Sylvia Barrington & Chandra Goswami - Glasgow, 29 Apr 2018

Yoga is fast becoming recognised as an efficient tool in healthcare. Yoga therapy takes this a step further, proving to be a safe and effective means to managing a variety of health conditions in the clinical field.

Join us at this introduction to yoga therapy where Sylvia and Chandra will explore:

  • prana vayus (5 internal functions of the body)
  • pranayama (breathing techniques) and
  • EBRs taught therapeutically

helping you to revolutionise and energise your yoga practice.

We shall also study restorative yoga, a deeply healing approach, which adapts yoga in restful postures to balance the nervous system, boost the immune system and quieten the mind (please bring plenty of bolsters, cushions, blankets!).
