In Level 1 we're offering 2 modules—14 to 17 November 2019 and May 2020

The ideal way to discover the power of your own unique voice, these 4 day 'intensives' will show you how to maximise your vocal range and potential.  We'll explore the science of vibration and sacred sound and learn how to use sound to align your body, mind and spirit!

With careful guidance you'll develop knowledge of the sounds which form the key to opening up your energy system, in relation to your own unique expression. 

Find your natural voice and learn how to project your true self whether speaking or singing.  

Suitable for everyone – there are no prerequisites.  Tap into the world of Dru Sound to help you add a depth to your life that you have never felt before!

Dru Sound and Mantra gives you the space and freedom to explore the science of vibration and sacred sound, and to learn how to use the yoga of sound to align your body, mind and spirit.



In a relaxed, welcoming and fun environment, each module will include a unique blend of movement, relaxation and meditation, enhanced by the use of sound. We'll explore getting the most out of our voice, whether singing or speaking. We'll learn how to make optimal use of music and sound in our lives.  And all of this in the company of like-minded people!



The course is suitable for everyone... whether or not you have prior experience, and there are no prerequisites.

Module structure



Level 1    2 x modules in November 2019 and May 2020 .  The format of each module is as follows:



                Day 1    arrive 8.45am for registration



                Day 2     sessions 9.30 - 4.30



                Day 3     sessions 9.30 - 4.30



                Day 4     sessions 9.30 - 4.00



Morning and afternoon teas will be provided.  Please bring your own lunch, or you may like to buy lunch at one of the cafes nearby.

Within 15 minutes of the Adelaide airport by car and well serviced by other public transport.


 


Many accommodation options nearby some within easy walking distance.
