We will examine the most common concerns yoga teachers have when embarking into this special area of teaching and demonstrate the fulfilling role of a Dru prenatal yoga teacher. This training explores how to empower women to trust in the miracle of birth and utilise the yogic techniques to face the challenges of pregnancy, labour and birth.

“The prenatal course provides a brilliant framework to help you develop safe and nurturing classes. It is so much more than yoga - it is supporting mums to nurture themselves and their babies, to bond, to build emotional and physical strength to labour and birth, and MORE!  And, if you are looking to develop yourself in a restful and gentle way the answer is here!”
