Three 3-day modules
of live online interactive sessions, practical activities, movement, relaxation, breakout groups and more
Module 2: November 26th to 28th 2021, Friday to Sunday
Module 3: February 18th to 20th 2022, Friday to Sunday
Plus 2 immersion days between module 1 & 2 for tutor led group sessions
Day 1: Sunday November 14th 2021 (dependant on covid restrictions)

WhatsApp connected walk and immersion in nature with your tutor group
This course gives you an in-depth working knowledge of Ayurveda to create an optimum diet and lifestyle unique to your individual make up, to promote excellent health and wellbeing.
You will learn daily approaches to diet and nutrition, the healing power of kitchen herbs and spices, lifestyle, yoga, meditation, breathwork and relaxation to balance the doshas, body therapies and much much more.
The daytime sessions are coordinated to work right across Australasia from WA to NZ.
