Astoria Barr

Dru Yoga & Dru Meditation Teacher Trainer, Dru PR/Marketing Manager, Dru Sydney Regional Manager;

I began working with the Goddess not long after I finished studying at University. I first started facilitating spiritual workshops based on divine archetypes when I was 23 years old.

Delving into the Devi or divine feminine energies has also been a natural addition to my studies on Vedic texts and the Bhagavad Gita.

Exploring the Goddess for me has been about how to live life to its fullest. I hope it is for you too and that it lifts your life into the realm of the sacred.

I thank all my teachers - I am indebted to them for fostering a love affair with eternal truth.

Julie Beynon

Dru Yoga Teacher Trainer, Dru Prenatal & Dru Back care Teacher Trainer, Teacher on Steps to Enlightenment, Sydney Yoga Course Co-ordinator

In my early 20’s I travelled around India and was fascinated by the temples and the way they lived their spirituality. Since then I’ve delved deeply into Yogic studies which still brings me endless delight and fascination. I look forward to sharing some of my insights with you.

Deb Ryan

Dru Yoga and Meditation teacher; Dru Yoga Teacher Trainer, Dru head office manager,  Dru PR/Marketing assistant

I began my yogic journey years ago in my early twenties with a yearning to understand myself and all of life.

As a lover of nature, I have always found friendship with the forces of the natural world, which mirrors to us the eternal truths we seek in life.

My decades long search brought me to Dru Yoga and Meditation, to sacred texts like the Bhagavad Gita, to transformative mantra and sacred song, to exploring the Goddess and how she expresses through us. It is through the expression and power of these archetypes that we can bring the very best of ourselves to the world, bringing healing and harmony to everything, in particular, the mind!
