Every new season offers us the opportunity to align with healing flow of nature which in turn brings into balance the physical, mental and emotional parts of ourself.
Autumn is a time for naturally unwinding and letting go. A time to turn inwards, reflect and to let go of anything that no longer serves us. It is a time to ground ourselves, take time to breath fully and build our reserves for the winter.
This session, with Louise & Liz will include:
- A new Autumn Dru yoga sequence
- Pranayama (gentle breath work) to strengthen the lungs
- A nurturing deep relaxation
- Journaling - a window to the soul
