Blissful Meditation, Mantra and Gong Bath replay for Jan and Feb 2023
A better night's sleep is so important in these winter months. But if you are feeling anxious or stressed, switching off can be difficult. So why not enjoy an hour of luxurious relaxation with healing sounds, guided by Jane Saraswati Clapham, that will help you deeply relax and get a really good sleep? In this 75-minute recorded session from the live gong bath from December, Jane will use a variety of instruments including brass and crystal bowls as well as ancient mantras to soothe your mind and body. Once your body and mind are deeply soothed and relaxed, we will practice a blissful meditation together for 10 minutes. You can keep using this recorded session till the end of February 2023.
From the comfort of your own home (or even bed!), listening live using headphones, to Jane's melodic bath of healing sound. She will use Vedic mantras to awaken the heart, melt away stress and bring a deep sense of joy and protection. The sound of the Japanese gong will help your brain move into the deepest brainwaves, associated with creativity, learning, and deep meditation. And once the mantras and gong have done their work, we will take time to luxuriate in that peaceful energy to meditate and settle. Many people report deep healing sleep, a clearing and focusing of the mind, and a wonderful sense of peace after the gong and mantra bath.
Working in collaboration with Russell Roberts, our Dru sound engineer, this high-quality sound experience will help you get all the benefits of a live sound and mantra bath, without leaving your home. You just need a good pair of headphones and somewhere comfy to relax for an hour or so.

This session is suitable for all levels of experience of meditation and sound, but it may not suitable if you have epilepsy or a very disturbed nervous system.
