In this workshop Suzanna (developer of Dru Kids and Teens post grad course and author of Deer-lightful yoga story) and Mouli (Dru WA Regional Manager) will masterfully weave some of the innovative adaptions from the DKT course into the components of a typical Dru Yoga class.

Create moving human kaleidoscope activations; increase your students' body awareness by introducing simple props into movement sequences, delight your students with pranayama visualisations and lift them up with light-hearted themed partner massages that are guaranteed to bring joy.

This master class qualifies with 3 CPD points towards your continuing professional development.

Suzanna and Mouli, both Dru International tutors, bring a wealth of experience. Suzanna has run a successful business in Canberra teaching Dru Yoga to children since 2008. She developed the curriculum for the graduate teacher training programme Dru Kids and Teens, and together with Mouli they created the 150 page DKT manual packed with inspiration and practicality.

Some extra info for the day

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start so you have time to register and we can start on time.
  • We will provide morning tea, if you need any particular food for your dietary needs please bring it along with you. 
  • Please come prepared with your yoga gear and water, notepad and pen.

Our tutors are always happy to work together with you to organise an event in your area.
