The format and start time of a Dru post graduate masterclass will vary with region and the intended focus of the masterclass, but here's an idea of some of the content you can expect:

A Dru Yoga and Meditation master class to revise and deepen:

• your yoga practice
• your meditation practice
• pranayama
• relaxation
• teaching skills
• mudra and mantra
• the sweetness and power of coming together to meditate

And all in the company of like-minded people, some of whom you will already have made strong friendships with and others who will join your circle of Dru friends.

Dru post grad days take you into a new world of discovery.

• Add new depth to the yoga and meditation techniques you already know.
• Learn new ways to teach, refine your skills.
• Learn better ways to build a supportive environment in your classes.
• Discover new depth to managing group energetics.
• Broaden your understanding.

Welcome!

• Some of our great meditation, yoga and relaxation products will be available to help you take the experience home.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start so we can get going on time.
• Tea and coffee is provided, and if you need a packed lunch or any food please bring it along with you. 
• Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, notepad and pen.
• Share the experience - why not bring a friend with you!

Other Dru Yoga and meditation workshops may be available in your area - and if one isn't currently scheduled, our tutors are happy to consider organising an event in your area. Please let us know if you would like further information.

DIRECTIONS

From Plymouth and Liskeard via Callington

Take the Callington to Tavistock road A390

Take the second 'Harrowbarrow' turning on your right - you will pass Kit Hill and the Launceston turning on your left. The road leads downhill past the Rising Sun nurseries.

At the T- junction, go right and follow the road downhill past the Post Office (on your right)

Take the next left after the PO.  This is School Road.

The village hall is just past the Primary school and on your right.  There is plenty of free parking.

From Launceston

At Kelly Bray take the B3257

At the T-Junction turn left towards Tavistock A390

Take the first right signposted Harrowbarrow. The road leads downhill past the Rising Sun nurseries.

Take the next left after the PO.  This is School Road.

The village hall is just past the Primary school and on your right.  There is plenty of free parking.

From Tavistock

Take the A390 through Gulworthy and Gunnislake

Pass Gunnislake Station and then the turning on your left to Calstock.

Take the next left (there is a hair salon on the corner)

Follow this road all the way to Harrowbarrow, passing the Post Office on your right.

Take the next left after the PO.  This is School Road.

The village hall is just past the Primary school and on your right.  There is plenty of free parking.

Rail

There is a train service from Plymouth station to Calstock and Gunnislake - both about 3 miles from the venue.

Cancellations

If we cancel a Dru Taster, we give you the option of being reimbursed the event fee, or transferring it to a future event. If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru event.

What's next?

As a Dru graduate, you have access to a wide range of post graduate courses such as Dru Dance, Dru Kids and Teens, Dru Pre-natal and Dru Backcare as well as interesting CPD events and the opportunity to train as a yoga therapist. So many opportunities to add to and bring variety into your class and broaden your teaching experiences. Not to mention, the opportunity to come together with other Dru teachers and friends and share your love of Dru Yoga and Meditation.
