Spirit of Dru Yoga and meditation workshop
Come and join Sabina & Cat for an afternoon of Yoga, meditation and connecting with like-minded people. It’s a great way to meet some new friends.
In this workshop, we will embrace the spirit of Yoga, the fact that through our experience of sharing and connecting with others, the separateness of “I” can surrender to the collective “we”.
This is a judgment free environment, you will be encouraged to work at your own pace.
