Come along to a fantastic, fun day of cooking using Ayurvedic principles and Dru Yoga. This hands-on, informative workshop will be hosted by chef Keith Squires, author of 'Cooking with Love' and Dru Yoga teachers and holders of the Dru Certificate in Ayurveda, Annette Clarke-Coyne and Tracey Horton.  On this introductory Ayurveda weekend, you will learn how to keep yourself happy, healthy and vibrant. How do you make sense of a vast variety of health information that is often contradictory? Ayurveda offers a logical way forward!

You will learn about Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga and how to incorporate its principles into your everyday cooking using fresh, seasonal produce. You will be part of a warm and welcoming group. No previous experience is necessary.

Dru Yoga is a graceful, strong and potent form of yoga. Based on soft flowing movements, Dru Yoga works on body, mind and spirit leaving you feeling positive and empowered. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition and its emphasis on soft, flowing movements, Dru Yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain, and wash away stress.

Your investment for this full day of cooking and yoga is £35 payable prior to the day and includes lunch and refreshments.
