We have some exciting workshops planned for you, including:
• Dru Yoga Dance with Anouschka Dack and Lily McFarlane
• The Magic of Life with Rita Goswami and Nan Marshall
• Become a Master of Modifications with Padma McIntyre (Qualified Dru postgrads & current undergrads only)
• Prana and the Laws of Attraction with Chandra Goswami

Everyone is welcome whether you are a student, post graduate, or new to Dru, so do share with friends.

Cancellations

If we cancel a Dru workshop, we give you the option of being reimbursed the event fee, or transferring it to a future event. If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru event.

  • Registration starts at 9.30am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start so we can get going on time.
  • Tea and coffee is provided.
  • Lunch can be purchased nearby, including the Tesco Superstore which also has an in-store cafe.
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, bottle of water, notepad and pen.
  • Some of our great meditation, yoga and relaxation products will be available to help you take the experience home.
