Ayurveda and Yoga for Self Healing & Awakening

Registration is closed for this event
Come along to this wonderfully informative and nurturing workshop where you will experience the benefits of combining Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic principles.

Our visiting international presenter Keith Squires, author of 'Cooking with Love', is passionate about health and cooking and combines his background in nutrition, ayurveda and cookery with over 30 years experience as a vegetarian chef.

Welcome to the wonderful and fascinating world of Ayurveda and Yoga! This two day workshop will give you a practical experience of Ayurveda and Yoga  which you can then use to keep yourself and your loved ones happy, healthy and vibrant.

The sister sciences of Ayurveda & Yoga offers a traditional natural healing system from India focuses on diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation and natural therapies, and like a compass it can give you the direction you need to take in your life.

In Ayurveda, there are three constitution types or ‘doshas’. Finding your unique constitution gives you a way of developing an effective personal plan to bring you an abundance of health and vitality.
