In three studies over the past decade Dru Yoga has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression as well as give relief from back pain, and promote emotional wellbeing and resilience to stress. 
Dru is easy to do! Using unique movement sequences and a fresh approach to classical yoga postures Dru leaves you feeling relaxed and yet energised and alive!


In this workshop we will:

    >  experience Dru Yoga sequences designed to release tension and stress from your body

    >  explore the therapeutic benefits of yoga postures in creating balance, strength and calmness

    >  enjoy nurturing deep relaxations

    >  discover how to use sound as a way of increasing your ability to focus and to move into the deep stillness of meditation.

The format and start time of a Dru workshop will vary with region, but here\s an idea of some of the content you can expect:

Some extra info for the day

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start so we can start on time.
  • Teas and snacks are provided, and if you need a packed lunch or any additional food please bring it along with you. 
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, notepad and pen.
  • Share the experience—why not bring a friend with you!
  • Some of our great meditation, yoga and relaxation products will be available to help you take the experience home.

Other Dru Yoga and meditation workshops may be available in your area. If one isn't currently scheduled, our tutors are happy to consider organising an event in your area. Please let us know if you would like further information.

Cancellations—If we cancel a Dru workshop, we give you the option of being reimbursed the event fee, or transferring it to a future event. If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru event.
