Join our visiting international Ayurvedic Chef Keith Squires, author of 'Cooking with Love' for a fun filled day. Keith weaves story telling and cooking together to have you laughing, tasting & learning how to create optimum wellbeing. Keith is passionate about health and cooking and combines his background in nutrition, Ayurveda and cookery with over 30 years experience as a vegetarian chef. 

Keith is also joined by Ruth Gent, international Dru Yoga & Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainer.  Ruth has been involved in pioneering one of the few accredited Yoga Therapy Courses now available in Australia. This ground breaking modality has been used for centuries and is now becoming part of the standard health care system in the UK. Cancellations—If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforeseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru Australia course or event or to the purchase of other Dru Australia  services or products.

If we cancel a Dru workshop, we give you the option of the event fee being reimbursed, or transferring it to a future event.

Keith has been sharing his love for healthy living & organic food for many years now. As an international presenter, he has inspired thousands of people through his workshops, retreats & not for profit cookbooks. From vegetarian & vegan living to now incorporating Ayurvedic principles, we are blessed to have Keith in Australia for a series of workshops. Keith is fast becoming a celebrity chef presenting cooking shows in the UK for BBC TV and also on Indian television during his recent tour of India

Ruth Gent - Yoga Therapy

Ruth is a Senior International Dru Teacher Trainer, Yoga Therapist and tutor on the pioneering Dru Yoga Therapy Course. Ruth has over 20 years experience as a teacher of anatomy and physiology and therapist combining modalities such as kinesiology, remedial & sports massage, cranio-sacral therapy and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Ruth is also a highly engaging facilitator in the corporate training areas of Emotional Intelligence, and interpersonal skills. Ruth is highly skilled in making making the science of anatomy, physiology and body alignment easy to understand and fun. Ruth seamlessly weaves together easy to understand science of the body with an intuitive understanding of the more profound effects of yoga on our subtle energetic body.
