Regional Manager of Dru in New Zealand, Sue Cleaver will lead this special day long workshop. Sue will share her passion for expanding peoples awareness and waking them up to their full potential. Sues' teaching style is clear, considered and fun, she is able to encompass and support yoga students at all levels - beginner or experienced.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, warm blanket, cushion and a bottle of water. It is also beneficial to bring a notebook and pen to write down helpful tips and wisdom shared.
