The afternoon will be a sample of how we use the yoga techniques that you know to delve into the koshas and chakras in a deep and uniquely therapeutic way. This process is something you can use for yourself or in your classes.

Cancellations—If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforeseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru Australia course or event or to the purchase of other Dru Australia services.

If we cancel a Dru workshop, we give you the option of the event fee being reimbursed, or transferring it to a future event.

Janet Scharbow will be using her wealth of experience in teaching this innovative course to wake up a curiosity of how you can personally communicate your relationship with your chakras and koshas. Janet has selected postures that you know enabling you to focus your awareness on the experience of the posture. You then learn how to describe your Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya and Vijnanmaya and explore the vast possibilities we have inside to heal and/or create radiant wellbeing.

This workshop is only open to Dru graduates, so you may meet friends from your undergraduate training or others that live in your region.

You will also meet some of  the team that supports Dru Events in Melbourne and rural Victoria, they are always a joy to be with!

Some extra info for the day

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start so you have time to register and we can start on time, registration starts at 1.10pm
  • We will provide afternoon tea, if you need any particular food for your dietary needs please bring it along with you. 
  • Please come prepared with your yoga gear and water, notepad and pen
