Nurture, refresh and delve deep into what you love!

To all Dru Graduates, who give so much to your community, work, family, students and the world, here is a chance to receive for yourself! The first weekend in December is a perfect opportunity to refresh before the Christmas vibe kicks in. So please join Patricia, Angela and your Dru friends for this Masterclass (which contributes to your continuing professional development (CPD)) to explore the subtleties of the Vayus and the play of the Chakras in your yoga practice and for teaching.

The Vayus (wind) are 5 main movements of prana through out your physical and subtle body. When energy is in motion and our prana is flowing our health on all levels is at an optimum. Explore much loved Dru practices and discover a new level of understanding in their design and purpose through the lens of the Vayus!

Chakras are a map to our consciousness. They overlay our physical body, yet are expressed through all the kosha layers and can be exquisitely influenced by our practice.

As this masterclass qualifies for your DPN continuing professional development, there will be 4 CPD points (Teaching Skills or Connect) allocated. It is open to all Dru Yoga graduates and Dru Meditation graduates.
