This live, highly interactive zoom Dru Yoga session and Q&A with our Dru Tutors will give you a great overview of the Dru Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Angela is a Dru Yoga Teacher Trainer, Dru Canberra Regional Manager and WPF Australasian coordinator
I am super passionate about contributing positively to this wonderful world! This passion has taken me on all sorts of adventures working for change in the environment, youth empowerment, peace education, yoga, meditation and spirituality. I have found that Dru's heart based approach to transformation and empowerment offers the most effective tools of change I have ever experienced. About the Dru Yoga Teacher Training Course.

The course starts on 17 July 2021 and is a 200 hour course over approximately 14 months. 
We are registered with Yoga Australia and we are proud to say our standards far exceed their requirements.

Hundreds of people do the Dru Yoga course to benefit themselves. When 450 Dru yoga students were asked about the effects of their practice:
