What will the Light Kriya programme look like?
On October 1st and 2nd, you will be taught the specific process of this practice during 4 live online sessions.
You will learn:

how to settle into a profound sense of stillness and joy

how to establish your connection with your inner light and intuition

how to sustain a daily practice and integrate its benefits into your life
An integral part of this program is a 40 days self-practice. After the weekend in which you are taught the practice we then support you over the following 40 days as you establish a daily 20-30 minute routine to benefit most from the Light Kriya. For the duration of this program, you and your peers will have access to an online platform with resource materials to support you in mastering this practice and the ability to interact with each other and your tutors.

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 10 CPD hours for attendance at this event. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.
