Taster Workshop for Yoga Teacher Training

Directions from Devon
  • Follow the Devon Expy/A38 towards Plymouth
  • Continue over the Tamar Bridge (no toll from Devon to Cornwall - toll from Cornwall to Devon) and before the tunnel
  • Take the exit towards Town centre
  • Take Lower Fore St to Old Ferry Rd

Directions from Liskeard, Launceston, Truro, Tavistock

  • At the Saltash/Carkeel Roundabout, take the exit onto A38 towards Plymouth
  • Just before the Tamar Tunnel ... take the left slip road onto New Rd/North Rd/B3271
  • Turn left onto Old Ferry Rd
  • Slight left to stay on Old Ferry Rd
  • Destination will be on the left

There is limited free parking alongside the river or Pay & Display at the bottom end of Fore Street

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start so we can get going on time.

  • Tea and coffee is provided
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, notepad and pen.
