• Take a little time out to nourish yourself with a deeply rejuvenating afternoon of restorative yoga designed to shift the nervous system into relaxation response. • Focus on creating optimal conditions to release holding patterns in the mind, body and breath and look to connect with the universal reservoir of Prana • Explore mindful movement and soothing supported restorative postures to relieve the effects of chronic stress and unnecessary tension • Supported inversions to reverse the effect of gravity to enhance body and heart function

Take a little time out to nourish yourself with a deeply rejuvenating afternoon of restorative yoga:

  • focus on creating optimal conditions to release holding patterns in the mind, body and breath and look to connect with the universal reservoir of prana

  • explore mindful movement and soothing restorative postures to relieve the effects of chronic stress and unnecessary tension

  • breath work to promote equilibrium in the nervous system, which leads to a sense of space and peace

  • supported inversions to reverse the effect of gravity to enhance body and heart function

  • meditation to increase focus and clarity

This workshop is open to all.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start so we can get going on time.
  • Tea and coffee is provided, and if you need any food please bring it along with you. 
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, notepad and pen.
  • Share the experience - why not bring a friend with you!
