I luckily began as a young child, fascinated with what the body and mind can do. I have been practicing yoga for more than 30 years. Having studied a variety of yoga traditions in both Australia and in India. I feel so blessed to have found the gifts that Dru Yoga holds and to be able to share them. I love introducing clients to the stillness that can be experienced in Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation. In this stillness you are able to sit back from anything that may be happening around you, and see and act from a point of clarity and inner calm.
I am very passionate about client wellbeing, and committed to sharing the Dru yoga experience of grace and flow along with tools for health, vitality and self-empowerment.
