I love Dru yoga and have been practising since I was 13, with my mum. I decided to try the teacher training course when I was 17 and have loved being a part of the Dru yoga family ever since! At present I am also furthering my professional development and understanding of yoga for wellness and mental health.
These Dru yoga classes are open to everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi! I teach my classes with care and a warm heart, so if you would like to come along and see what its like, or call in advance to discuss any queries, don't hesitate!
