I teach yoga to people who come to class for all different reasons and am passionate about health and wellbeing. Staying healthy should be enjoyable and fun and I love how Dru yoga combines physical and emotional wellbeing as well as our connection with nature and the world we live in. I encourage people to feel better about themselves, feel stronger in every way, to feel more energised, to move freely and without pain.
