Patricia teaches in a calm welcoming studio in Deganwy, Conwy. We enjoy views over the Conwy estuary and mountains opposite. We get to practice yoga in the rose garden as often as the weather permits.
I teach weekly, as well as 1-2-1 sessions. Current class times are:
Tuesdays: 8.30-9.30am & 9.40-11.10am
Thursdays: 6pm-7.30pm and Fridays 9.30am-11am
